摘 要:为了对某型号机床床身主轨直线度的加工一致性进行研究,采用过程能力指数对床身过程能力现状进行评价,并采用多元线性回归和方差分析的方法对夹紧力矩、温度以及导轨面硬度等多种因素进行了实证探究,得出如下结论:不同工人和机床生产的床身主轨直线度不存在显著差异;加工前后温度差值和刀具磨损程度对主轨直线度影响很小;导轨两端的力矩差值对主轨直线度存在一定的影响;主轨头尾硬度差值对主轨直线度存在十分显著的影响。研究结论为机床床身制造一致性的改进提供了一定的理论依据和方向。The process capability index was used to evaluate the machining consistency of the main rail straightness of the machine tool bed. Multiple linear regression and variance analysis were used to study the factors of clamping torque, temperature and the hardness of guideway surface in the experiment. Conclusions are as follows: different machine tools and different persons have no significant effect on main rail straightness;temperature difference before and after processing and degree of the cutter attrition have little effect on main rail straightness;the difference of moment between the two ends of the rail has some certain influence on the straightness of the main rail;the difference of hardness between the two ends of the rail has significant influence on the straightness of the main rail. It provides a theoretical basis and direction for improving the manufacturing consistency of machine tool bed.
