中药结肠透析治疗肝硬化临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究与观察中药结肠透析治疗肝硬化的临床效果。方法:选取2015年11月～2016年12月期间本院收治的60例肝硬化患者为研究对象,将所有患者依据随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组每组各30例。对照组进行肝硬化的常规治疗,观察组则在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用中药结肠透析治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的肝功能指标、血浆内毒素及内毒素结合蛋白表达水平、并发症发生率。结果:治疗前两组患者的肝功能指标、血浆内毒素及内毒素结合蛋白表达水平、并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),治疗后1周及2周两组患者的肝功能指标、血浆内毒素及内毒素结合蛋白表达水平、治疗后3个月及6个月的并发症发生率均显著改善,且观察组的上述统计结果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:中药结肠透析治疗肝硬化的临床效果较好,对患者的肝功能改善及内毒素清除均有较好的临床作用,因此值得在肝硬化患者中推广应用。Objective: To study and observe the clinical effect of chinese medicine colon dialysis in the treatment of patients with hepaticsclerosis. Methods: 60 patients with hepaticsclerosis in our hospital from November 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study object,and all the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by the principle of random distribution. The control group were treated with routine western medical treatment of hepaticsclerosis,the observation group were treated with chinese medicine color dialysis on the routine treatment of control group. Then the liver function indexes,plasma endotoxin and endotoxin binding protein expression levels,complications rates of two groups before and after the treatment were observed. Results: The liver function indexes,plasma endotoxin and endotoxin binding protein expression levels complications rates of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences( P>0. 05),the liver function indexes,plasma endotoxin and endotoxin binding protein expression levels at first and second week after the treatment,complications rates at third and sixth month after the treatment of two groups all significantly improved,and the results of observation group were all significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of chinese medicine colon dialysis in the treatment of patients with hepaticsclerosis are better,and it has better role for the improvement of liver function and clearance of endotoxin of patients,so it is worthy of extension and application in the patients with hepaticsclerosis.
