摘　　要：研究针对相同饲养状况下的母牛分别使用夏洛莱、西门塔尔、德国黄和本地黄牛的优质种公牛制备冻精进行人工授精,对各组母牛的受胎率、产犊率、体重情况、增加的经济效益等进行了比较,旨在寻求最适用于凉州区黄牛改良的品种。In this study, frozen semen was prepared by using Charolais, Simmental, German yellow and native cattle to produce frozen semen for artificial insemination. The conception rate, calving rate and body weight of each group of cows were studied. The increased economic benefits were compared in order to find the most suitable varieties for the improvement of yellow cattle in Liangzhou district.
