摘　　要：乳腺Paget's病是一种特殊类型的乳腺癌,目前关于Paget's细胞来源尚不明确。病理学检查为确诊乳腺Paget's病的金标准,术前全面评估是否合并肿块及有无淋巴结转移对选择治疗方式十分重要,乳腺MRI能够发现早期病变,有较高价值。改良根治术为治疗乳腺Paget's病的经典术式,目前保乳术成为一种手术趋势,根据术后病检辅以放疗、化疗。本文通过对近年乳腺Paget's病相关文献的复习、整理,对本病的诊断、鉴别诊断与治疗方式等进行综述。Paget's disease is a special type of breast cancer. The current source of Paget's cells is not clear. Pathological examination is the gold standard for the diagnosis of Paget's disease in breast. Comprehensive evaluation of whether or not the tumor is combined with lymph node metastasis is important for the treatment of choice. Breast MRI can detect early lesions and has higher value. Modified radical surgery is a classic procedure for the treatment of Paget's disease of the breast. At present, breast-conserving surgery has become a surgical trend, which is supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy according to postoperative disease. This article reviews the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of this disease by reviewing and collating the literature on Paget's disease in recent years.
