摘  要:目的:研究食用土当归有机酸成分的抑菌性。方法:以食用土当归为试材,采用牛筋杯法对其提取物贝壳杉烯酸、海松酸和总有机酸的抑菌活性进行初步研究。结果:贝壳杉烯酸、海松酸、总有机酸对6种细菌均表现出一定的抑制作用;铜绿假单胞菌中抑菌圈直径大于大肠埃希菌、金色葡萄球菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和表皮葡萄球菌抑菌圈的直径。结论:食用土当归有机酸成分具有一定的抑菌活性,对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用更为明显。Objective:To investigate antibacterial activities of organic acids from roots of Aralia cordata Thunb.Method:The antibacterial activities of kaurenic acid,pimaric acid and total organic acids which from roots of Aralia cordata Thunb.were preliminarily evaluated by beef tendon cup method.Result:Kaurenic acid,pimaric acid and total organic acids all had a certain inhibitory effect on six bacteria.The inhibition zone of pseudomonas aeruginosa was greater than that of escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,enterobacter cloacae,klebsiella pneumoniae and staphylococcus epidermidis.Conclusion:The organic acids from roots of Aralia cordata Thunb.have good antimicrobial activities,especially on pseudomonas aeruginosa.
