超脉冲CO_2激光联合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗睑黄瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超脉冲CO_2激光联合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗睑黄瘤的疗效。方法:在局麻下用1～2 W的超脉冲CO_2激光对睑黄瘤行非接触式照射烧灼至瘤体组织完全清除,显露出白色的类似筋膜样的组织。术后即时在创面上涂抹重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,并用无菌纱布包扎伤口。之后每日一次在清洁伤口后涂抹重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子直至伤口脱痂愈合。结果:本组91例患者,失访6例,共计11个病灶,即85例患者,共计191个病灶完成随访。191个病灶的疗效评价,优:42个(22%),良:128个(67%),中:21个(11%),差:0个(0%)。结论:超脉冲CO_2激光联合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗睑黄瘤,手术操作简单,术后美容效果佳,是一种值得推荐的治疗方法。Objective:To observe the effective of superpulsed CO2 laser combined with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)on xanthelasma palpebrarum.Methods:All the lesions were local anesthesia before the treatment,then vaporization the lesions with 1~2Wpower of superpulsed CO2 laser in non-contact irradiation to burn the tumor tissue to completely remove the white fascia-like tissue,and then smearing the rh-bFGF on the wounds and dressing with sterile gauze.After that,the wounds were daily sterile and smearing with rh-bFGF until healing until the wound was healed.Results:85cases with 191 lesions were followed up.It showed 42(22%),128(67%),21(11%),0(0%)in excellent result,good result,moderate result and poor result respectively.Conclusions:superpulsed CO2 laser combined with rh-bFGF for the treatment of xanthelasmapal pebrarum.The operation is simple and the postoperative cosmetic effect is good.It is a recommended treatment.
