摘　　要：目的探讨机械吸栓联合接触性溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的近期治疗效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将52例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者分为CDT+Angiojet组21例(行置管溶栓联合机械吸栓治疗)与CDT组31例(行单纯置管溶栓)进行比较。结果 CDT+Angiojet组中15例(71.4%)达Ⅲ级溶栓效果,临床痊愈18例(85.7%),显效0例,有效1例(4.8%),无效2例(9.5%),CDT组中10例(32.3%)达Ⅲ级溶栓效果,临床痊愈11例(41.4%),显效5例(6.9%),有效14例(48.3%),无效1例(3.4%),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械吸栓联合接触性溶栓较单纯置管溶栓具有近期复通率高,溶栓时间短,尿激酶使用量少,住院时间短等优点。Objective To investigate the short term efficacy of the percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy(PMT) combined with catheter directed thrombolytic on the low extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods Twenty-one cases of DVT underwent PMT+CDT therapy(observation group) and 31 cases of DVT underwent CDT alone therapy(control group) were collected for analysis.Results Fifteen patients in the observation group obtained Grade Ⅲ thrombolysis. Total recovery, partial recovery and inefficacy were observed in 18, 1 and 2 cases, respectively, in observation group. Meanwhile, 10 patients in control group obtained Grade Ⅲ thrombolysis. Total recovery, acceptable recovery, partial recovery and inefficacy were observed in 11, 5, 14 and 1 cases, respectively, in control group. The difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance. Conclusion PMT+CDT has better therapeutic outcomes, shorter thrombolysis time, less urokinase and shorter hospital stay.
