摘　　要：以高职高专药学学生主要就业领域和工作岗位为依据,对课程体系、课程教学、实践体系、技能竞赛等方面进行了系列改革,构建了"宽就业领域、重药学服务"的课程体系,进行了基于工作过程的课程教学改革,创建了"一重心二交替三层次四领域"的实践教学体系,开展了紧贴岗位技能要求的技能竞赛;形成了"宽就业领域、重药学服务"的人才培养模式。Based on the main employment areas and jobs of pharmacy students in higher vocational colleges, the series of reforms have been carried out on the curriculum system, curriculum teaching, practice system and skill competition, and the curriculum system of "heavy pharmacy service in the field of wide employment" has been constructed. Based on the course-based teaching reform of the work process, the practical teaching system of "One Center of Care, Two Levels, Four Levels and Four Fields" was established, and the skill competition that closely follows the job skills requirements was established;the talent training of "heavy pharmacy service in the wide employment field" was formed. mode.
