优质护理管理在消化内科中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察优质护理在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果.方法:在2017年1月-2018年5月我院消化内科收治的患者中随机选择148例,根据就诊先后顺序按照1∶1比例分成对照组与优质组,对照组(n=74,先就诊)患者实施常规护理管理,优质组(n=74,后就诊)实施优质护理管理,对比观察两组护理管理效果.结果:(1)优质组的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)优质组住院时间比对照组短,护理满意度评分比对照组高(P<0.05).结论:消化内科护理管理中实施优质护理模式,效果显著,值得推广.Objective To explore the application and effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing management of gastroenterology department.Methods 148 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and quality group.Patients in the control group(n=74,visit first)received routine nursing management,while those in the quality group(n=74,visit later)received quality nursing management Results The total effective rate of the high quality group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The hospitalization time of the quality group was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing mode is effective in the nursing management of gastroenterology department.
