摘　　要：当前,高校科技成果转化率低的现象较为普遍,探索建立规范的专利技术成果转移转化流程,建立规范合理有效的单位科技成果转移转化收益处置制度是亟待开展的工作。以昆明理工大学为例,探讨了我国高校科技成果转化率普遍较低的主要原因及改革难点、趋势,认为合理的股权激励制度、改革高校科研评价体系、建立和健全"高校、企业、政府"三位一体的互动共赢合作机制,是提升我国高校科技成果转化效率,产生积极社会经济影响的主要途径。Colleges and universities are important departments that cannot be replaced in China's science and technology innovation system, and bear the important mission of basic theoretical research, technology transfer and research results transformation. At present, low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is relatively common. Under such a scenario, we will explore the establishment of a transformation management system that conforms to the characteristics of China's scientific and technological achievements and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at the current stage, establish a standardized transfer process of patent technology results, and establish a standardized, reasonable and effective unit for the transfer of scientific and technological achievements. It is an urgent task. Taking Kunming University of Science and Technology as an example, the main reasons for the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in China's universities and the difficulties and trends of reform are discussed. It is the main way to promote the transformation efficiency and positive social and economic impact of the scientific and technological achievements of Chinese universities by considering the reasonable equity incentive system, reforming the scientific research evaluation system of colleges and universities, and establishing and perfecting the cooperation mechanism between colleges and universities, enterprises and government.
