摘 要:中国的法学教育经历了1977年的恢复重启、1980~1998年的稳步发展、1999年至今的全面提升三个发展阶段,取得了重大成就。培养的人才大大增加、促进了我国立法事业的发展、提升了我国的立法水平、铸造了公民的法律理念和守法习惯等。但40年发展之后,也出现了法科学生的就业形势日益严峻、理论与实践的脱节、受教育体制以及评价体系制约等问题,需要进行认真的反思。China’ s legal education has experienced three stages of development:recovery and restart in 1977, steady development from 1980 to1998,and comprehensive progress from 1999 to the present. In the four decades,great achievements have been made in legal education. The number of excellent legal talents has greatly increased,which has helped to prompt the development of China’s legislative undertakings,to upgrade the legislative level of our country, and to cast the legal concepts and law-abiding habits of citizens. However,after 40 years’ development,still there are some problems such as the increasingly severe situation of the employment of law students,the disconnection between theory and practice,the limitations in the education system and the evaluation system. Both the progress and the problems need our serious reflection.
