摘  要:试验建立了湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)法测定朝天椒中的微量金属元素Mn、Mg、Zn含量,讨论了消解条件对消解结果的影响,考察了方法检出限、仪器检出限、准确度、精密度及干扰离子对测定的影响。结果表明,以10 mL浓硝酸为消解剂,在130℃下消解1 h,样品中Mn和Zn在0~112 mg/kg的加标浓度下平均加标回收率分别为96.85%和99.88%, Mg在加标浓度为0~8 400 mg/kg的浓度下平均加标回收率为98.31%,相对标准偏差RSD (n=10)分别为1.23%, 2.54%和0.74%,方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,方法检出限分别为0.12, 2.82和0.48 mg/kg, Ca、Fe、K、Na等元素干扰效果不明显。研究结果为湿法消解ICP-OES法测定朝天椒中Mn、Mg、Zn元素含量提供一定的研究基础。The wet digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) method for the determination of trace element contents of Mn, Mg and Zn in red cluster pepper was studied. The influence of digestion condition was explored. The detection limit, accuracy, precision and the effect of interfering ions on the determination were studied. The results showed that the red cluster pepper was dispelled with 10 mL concentration HNO3 and kept boiling in 130 ℃ for 1 h, with the range of adding standard of 0-112 mg/kg, the average recoveries of Mn and Zn were 96.85% and 99.88%, with the range of adding standard of 0-8 400 mg/kg, the average recoveries of Mg was 98.31%, and the RSDs were 1.23%, 0.74% and 2.54%. This method had excellent accuracy and precision, the detection limits of determination methods were 0.12, 0.48 and 2.82 mg/kg, and the interference effect of elements, such as Ca, Fe, K and Na in red cluster pepper, was not obvious. The results provide the research foundation for the determination of trace element contents in red cluster pepper by the wet digestion and ICP-OES.
