试论井穴补泻

摘　　要：井穴皆位于四肢之末端,为经脉之根,脉气所发之处,亦为五腧穴之首。井穴的补泻效应建立在针刺疗法补泻效应的基础之上。井穴上可以运用的补泻手法有迎随补泻法、呼吸补泻法、放血法、艾灸法、开阖法、开周法、指按法等。一般病证,补虚时多采用轻刺激,泻实时多采用重刺激,由于井穴的特殊性,手法上宜灵活掌握,不可拘泥。井穴位于手足指(趾)末端,皮肉浅薄,感觉异常敏锐,提插、捻转、烧山火、透天凉等复杂补泻针刺手法不适用于井穴。The Jing(Well) acupoint is located at the end of the extremities,which is the place where the root veins of the meridians existing,being the first acupoint of the five Shu acupoints.The reinforcing and reducing effect of it is based on the effect of acupuncture therapy.The methods of reinforcing and reducing effect that can be used on the acupoint are and breath reinforcing and reducing method,bloodletting,moxibustion,opening and closing,opening Zhou and finger pressing methods.For general disease or syndrome,light stimulation is usually used,while for serious disease or syndrome,heavy stimulation are usually used.Due to the particularity of the well,the method should be flexible in treatment.The well point is located at the end of the finger and foot(toe).The flesh there is shallow and thin,and the feeling is extremely acute.Therefore,complex acupuncture methods such as lifting,twisting,Shaoshanhuo or Toutianliang are not suitable for this acupoint.
