浸药羊膜移植治疗细菌性角膜溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察浸药羊膜移植(AMT)治疗细菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法前瞻性研究15例(15只眼)细菌性角膜溃疡进行单层或多层浸药羊膜移植术。观察角膜溃疡的愈合时间、基质炎症消退和角膜新血管形成的减少情况。随访时间为6~13个月。结果术后7~14d内角膜基质炎症明显改善,上皮缺损在14 ~30 d内愈合。所有患者的视力均有改善,但角膜浑浊和白内障无变化。随访期间无并发症发生。结论浸药羊膜移植对细菌性角膜炎治疗效果良好,并可减少给药次数.减轻患者和医护人员的负担。Objective To observe the efficacy of the drug-soaking amniotic membrane transplantation ( AMT) in the treatment of bacterial corneal ulceration. Methods Prospective, noncomparative series case study- Fifteen eyes of 15 patients with bacterial ulceration were performed single or multilayered AMT. The wound healing time of the conieal ulceration, stromal inflammation subsided and decrease of corneal neovascularization were observed. The follow up time was 6-13 months. Results The stromal inflammation was improved at 7-14 days after surgery. Epithelial defects healed within 14-30 days after surgery. The visual acuity were improved in all patients but the comeal opacity and cataract were not changed. No complication occurred during the follow-up time. Conclusion The drug-soaking AMT for the treatment of bacterial keratitis can reduce dosing frequency, reduce the burden on patients and medical staff.
