摘　　要：目的观察23G玻璃体切除术联合经角膜缘切口较大眼内异物摘出术的临床疗效。方法对北京大学第三医院眼科2017年1月至2018年6月收治伴晶状体外伤的较大眼内异物10例(10只眼)的临床资料进行回顾性分析;结果所有患者均一次手术摘出异物。随访时间6~12个月,10只眼最佳矫正视力均较术前提高(X^2=5.495,P = 0. 019)。结论对于较大眼内异物,23 G玻璃体切除联合经角膜缘切口异物摘出术,效果良好。Objective To observe 23-gauge vitrectomy combined with extraclion of large intraocular foreign body (IOFB) through corneal limbus incision. Methods The data of 10 eyes of 10 patients of large IOFB with injury of lens who underwent 23-gauge vitrectomy between Jan. 2017 and Jun. 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results IOFB of all eyes were extracted in once operation. The follow-up time was 6-12 months. The BCVA after surgery in all patients improved significantly(X^2= 5. 495 ,P=0. 019). There was no other intraoperative or postoperative complication. Conclusion Conclusion 23-gauge vitrectomy combined with extraction of larger IOFB through corneal limbus incision is effective.
