摘　　要：目的评价角膜皮样瘤切除联合异体角膜基质透镜移植术在角膜皮样瘤治疗中的临床效果c方法对2015年3月至2017年4月我院12例(12眼)角膜皮样瘤进行皮样瘤切除联合异体角膜基质透镜移植术,术后随访6?24个月,观察其临床效果°结果12例(12眼)均治愈,术后无复发。随访中,10例植片完全透明,且上皮愈合良好;2例植片出现水肿及新生血管长入等排斥反应,经抗排异治疗后恢复透明。结论角膜皮样瘤切除并异体角膜基质透镜移植术是有效治疗角膜皮样瘤的新方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of dermoidectomy combined with allogeneic corneal stromal lenticules transplantation for the treatment of corneal dermoid. Methods Twelve eyes of 12 cases with corneal dermoid underwent dermoidectomy combined with allogeneic corneal stromal lenticules transplantation from Mar. 2015 to Apr. 2017. All cases were followed up for 6-24 months. The efficacy were observed. Results All cases were cured and no recurrence occurred. Corneal grafts were transparent in 10 cases completely and the corneal epithelium healed well during followed-up. Corneal grafts edema and neovascularization occurred in 2 cases and recovered transparent after anti-rejection therapy. Conclusion Dermoidectomy combined with allogeneic comeal stromal lenticules transplantation is a new and effective method for the treatment of corneal dermoid.
