角膜异物剔除术后应用妥布霉素滴眼液及氧氟沙星眼膏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用妥布霉素滴眼液及氧氟沙星眼膏对角膜异物剔除术后预防感染,促进角膜创面愈合的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月来我院角膜异物1046例(1046眼),随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各523例(523眼)。试验组术后应用妥布霉素滴眼液及氧氟沙星眼膏滴眼,对照组术后应用左氧氟沙星滴眼液滴眼。观察两组患者的治疗满意度、有效率和痊愈时间。结果总满意度试验组为98.85%,对照组为88. 91%(x^2=45. 004,P =0. 000);总有效率试验组为100. 00%,对照组为99. 62%(x^2 =0. 501 ,P=0.479);痊愈时间试验组为(4. 2 ±2.6)d,对照组为(7. 2 ±6.5)d(<=9. 800,P=0.000).结论妥布霉素滴眼液及氧氟沙星眼膏能预防感染并促进角膜的修复。Objective To observe the efficacy of application of Tobramycin eye drops and Ofloxacin eye ointment in prevention of infection , promotion the corneal wound healing after corneal foreign body removal. Methods The data of 1 046 eyes of 1 046 patients with corneal foreign body from Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were randomly divided into two groups. The trial group applied with Tobramycin eye drops and Ofloxacin eye ointment after surgery. And the control group applied with Levofloxacin eye drops. The treatment satisfaction , efficiency and recovery time of the two groups were observed. Results The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 98. 85%, and 88. 91 % of the control group (x^2= 45. 004 , P = 0. 000 ). The total effective rate was 100.0% in the experimental group and 99. 62% in the control group (x^2=0. 501 ,P =0.479). The recovery time of the experimental group was (4.2 ±2.6) days, and (7.2 ±6.5) days of the control group (t = 9. 800 , P = 0. 000 ). Conclusion Tobramycin eye drops and Ofloxacin eye ointment can prevent infection and promot the repair of corneal effectively.
