柴胡舒肝散加味辅助治疗胆源性急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡舒肝散加味辅助治疗胆源性急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照实验的方法,选取成都中医药大学附属医院2011年6月至2016年10月收治的胆源性急性胰腺炎患者40例为研究对象,根据就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组各20例,两组的治疗方案均依据指南制定,治疗组加用中药柴胡舒肝散加味,对照组仅按西医常规治疗方案治疗;观察比较指标为两组受试者腹痛症状、转氨酶下降时间。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后白细胞计数差异无统计学意义[(5.68±2.26)×10^9/L比(5.50±1.98)×10^9/L](t=0.28,P>0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶、C反应蛋白、胆红素等好转均优于对照组(t=-2.767、-2.96、-3.66,均P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加味治疗胆源性急性胰腺炎临床效果显著,安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan powder in the adjuvant treatment of biliary acute pancreatitis.MethodsA total of 40 cases of biliary acute pancreatitis were selected from June 2011 to October 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Western medical treatment plans of both two groups were formulated according to the guidelines.The control group was given conventional western medicine.The treament group was given modified Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.The abdominal pain symptoms,duration of aminotransferase descent and imaging findings before and after treatment were observed and compared.ResultsAfter treatment,the white blood cell count between the two groups had no statistically significant difference(t=0.28,P>0.05).The improvements of alanine aminotransferase,C-reactive protein and bilirubin in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group[(5.68±2.26)×10^9/L vs.(5.50±1.98)×10^9/L](t=-2.767,-2.96,-3.66,all P<0.05).ConclusionModified Chaihu Shugan powder in the adjuvant treatment of biliary acute pancreatitis has significant effect,and it is safe.
