青年宫颈癌患者与中老年宫颈癌患者病情临床特征的对比

摘　　要：目的:比较青年宫颈癌患者与中老年宫颈癌患者病情的临床特征。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年1月期间乐至县人民医院收治的50例青年宫颈癌患者和50例中老年宫颈癌患者作为研究对象。将50例青年宫颈癌患者设为A组。将50例中老年宫颈癌患者设为B组。然后,比较两组患者病情的临床特征。结果:B组患者接受卵巢移植术的几率、其白带增多、月经紊乱与阴道接触性出血、类似慢性宫颈炎体征(或宫颈形态正常)及典型宫颈癌体征的发生率均低于A组患者,其阴道不规则流液或流血及鳞癌的发生率均高于A组患者(P <0.05)。结论:青年宫颈癌患者与中老年宫颈癌患者的临床症状及体征具有一定的差异。与中老年宫颈癌患者相比,青年宫颈癌患者接受卵巢移植术的几率较高,其鳞癌的发生率较低。Objective:To compare the clinical characteristics between young patients with cervical cancer and middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical cancer.Methods:50 cases of young patients with cervical cancer and 50 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical cancer admitted to lezhi county people's hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected as research objects.Fifty young patients with cervical cancer were set as group A.Fifty middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical cancer were set as group B.Then,the clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results:group B patients accept the risk of ovarian transplantation,the increased leucorrhea,menstrual disorder contact with vaginal hemorrhage,similar to chronic cervicitis signs(or normal cervical form)and the incidence of cervical cancer signs were lower than that of group A typical patient,its irregular vaginal discharge or bleeding and the incidence of squamous carcinoma patients were higher than in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:there are some differences in clinical symptoms and signs between young patients with cervical cancer and middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical cancer.Compared with middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical cancer,young patients with cervical cancer are more likely to receive ovarian transplantation and have a lower incidence of squamous cell carcinoma.
