摘 要:通过总结我国学者对风冷冰箱化霜加热器加热功率的研究,提出了在控制板上设置稳压电源,通过斩波的方式将化霜加热器输入电压稳定在某一恒定值,实现化霜加热器恒功率输出的理论,并根据上述理论制作了两台样机,进行电源电压梯度测试,测试结果表明,化霜加热器的功率波动率稳定在目标功率±5%范围内,实现了化霜加热器恒功率输出的目的。This paper summarizes the research on heating power of defrosting heater in air-cooled refrigerators by Chinese scholars,and puts forward a theory that the input voltage of defrosting heater is stabilized to a certain constant value by setting a voltage stabilized power supply on the control board and chopping off the voltage waveform,thus realizing the constant power output of defrosting heater.Two prototypes were fabricated and the power voltage gradient was tested.The results show that the power fluctuation rate of the defrosting healer is stable in the range of±5%of the target power,and the constant power output of the defrosting heater is realized.
