个性化护理对长期住院精神分裂症患者孤独感与共情缺陷的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理对长期住院精神分裂症患者孤独感与共情缺陷的护理效果.方法:对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行个性化护理干预措施,采用人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)和感情-社会孤独量表(ESLS)进行评分,观察并比较两组的护理效果.结果:观察组患者IRI-C量表评分总分和PT、 FS、 EC因子评分, ESLS评分总分和社会孤独、情感孤独因子评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者ESLS评分总分与IRI-C评分中的PT、 EC因子呈负相关,与PD因子呈正相关;ESLS评分量表中社会孤独、情感孤独因子与IRI-C评分中EC因子呈负相关,与PD因子呈正相关.结论:采用个性化护理治疗,有利于降低精神分裂症患者的孤独感,提高其主观能动性,改善生活质量.Objective: To understand the quality of life of the patients with depression and discuss the influence factors of the self-care ability and rehabilitation nursing countermeasures. Methods: The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received individualized nursing interventions. The interpersonal response scale (IRI-C) and the emotional social loneliness scale (ESLS) were used to score. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total score of IRI-C scale, PT, FS score, EC, ESLS, social loneliness and emotional loneliness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total score of ESLS in the observation group was negatively correlated with the PT and EC factors in the IRI-C score and positively correlated with the PD factor. The social loneliness and emotional loneliness factor in the ESLS scale were negatively correlated with the EC factor in the IRI-C score and positively correlated with the PD factor. Conclusion:Individualized nursing care is helpful to reduce the loneliness of schizophrenic patients, improve their subjective initiative and the quality of life.
