摘　　要：目的分析肺内软骨瘤的CT征象,探讨其影像学诊断价值。方法回顾性分析10例经病理证实肺软骨瘤的CT征象。分析病灶的数量、位置、大小、形状、边界、钙化形状以及病灶的平扫和强化CT值。结果 10例肺软骨瘤均为单发、轻度分叶状、边界清楚的肿块影,其中6例发生于右肺,4例发生于左肺。病变大小从1.3 cm×0.8 cm^10.7 cm×9.8 cm。CT平扫9例(90%)呈不同程度钙化,8例病灶见斑点状钙化,1例呈环状钙化;CT增强扫描6例呈轻度均匀强化(强化CT值≤14 HU)。结论肺内软骨瘤多发生于肺外周带,表现为边缘光整的结节影,伴有明显钙化,轻度强化,这些影像特征有助于该病诊断。Objective To analyze the CT features and the diagnostic value of pulmonary chondroma.Methods Ten cases of pulmonary chondroma proven by pathology were retrospectively analysed.The number,location,size,shape,margin,calcification pattern and CT value of the lesions were analysed on non-enhanced and enhanced CT scans. Results All the 10 cases of pulmonary chondroma showed solitary, mildly lobulated, well-circumscribed masses. 6 lesions were located in the right lung, and 4 lesions were in the left lung.The size of the lesions ranged form 1.3 cmX 0.8 cm to 10.7 cm X 9.8 cm.On plain CT images,9 lesions (90%) showed varied calcification,with punctate calcification in 8 lesions and ring calcification in 1 lesion. On contrast-enhanced CT images, 6 lesions showed slight homogeneous enhancement (enhanced valued 14 HU).Conclusion Pulmonary chondroma is usually located in the periphery of the lung.The nodule has a smooth boundary, with significant calcification and slightly enhancement, which could be helpful in diagnosis of the disease.
