摘　　要：探讨5-羟色胺转运体基因多态性与抑郁症患者自杀的相关性。方法将84例抑郁症患者设为病例组,74例健康志愿者设为对照组。检测两组5-羟色胺转运体基因型,对L型等位基因进一步分LA和LG型。对病例组采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定患者的抑郁程度,Beck自杀意念量表评定自杀意念强度及危险性。对组间相关数据进行统计分析。结果病例组与对照组5-羟色胺转运体基因多态性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组不同5-羟色胺转运体基因型患者汉密顿抑郁量表及beck自杀意念量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论未发现5-羟色胺转运体基因多态性与抑郁症患者自杀存在相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between 5-HTT gene polymorphism and suicide risk in patients with depression.Methods 84 patients with depression were set as case group,and 74 healthyvolunteers were set as control group.The 5-HTT genotypes were measured in the two groups,and the L type alleles were further divided into LA and LG type.The degree of depression in the case group was assessed by the Hamilton Depression Scale.Beck suicidal idea scale was used to assess the intensity and risk of suicidal ideation.Statistical analysis was performed on related data between groups.Results There was no significant difference in the polymorphism of 5-HTT genotype between the case group and the controlgroup(P>0.05).Therc werc no significant differences in the Hamilton Depression Seale and Beclk Suicidal Idea Scale between different 5-HTT genotype patients in the case group(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no correlation between the 5-HTT gene polymorphism and the suicide risk in patients with depression.
