氨磺必利对改善精神分裂症患者阴性症状及生活质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氨磺必利对改善精神分裂症患者阴性症状及生活质量的临床效果。方法将90例精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组口服氨磺必利治疗,对照组口服奥氮平治疗,观察8周。治疗前后采用阴性症状量表评定两组阴性症状改善状况,生活质量综合评定问卷评定两组生活质量改善状况,治疗过程中随时记录两组患者出现的不良反应。结果治疗8周末两组阴性症状量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组显效率(84.4%)、总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(42.2%、75.6%)。治疗后观察组生活质量综合评定问卷物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);便秘、失眠、嗜睡、肝功能异常、血压下降及心动过速等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论氨磺必利能有效改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of amisulpride on negative symptoms and quality of life in pa-tients with schizophrenia.Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observationgroup and control group,45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with amisulpride orally,and the control group was treated with olanzapine orally for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the SANS was used to assess the improvement of negative symptoms in the two groups.The GQOlI was used to assess the improvement of quality of life in both groups.Adverse reactions occurred in both groups were recorded at any time during the course of treatment.Results At the end of the 8th week,the scores of SANS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The marked effective rate(84.4%)and total effective rate(93.3%)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(42.2%,75.6%).After treatment,the material life,physical function,psychological function and social function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions such as constipation,insomnia,lethargy,abnormal liver function,blood pressure drop and tachycardia were significantly lower than those of the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Amisulpride can effectively improve the negative symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,improve the quality of life.The clinical effect is remarkable and the safety is high.
