摘　　要：目的探讨维吾尔族剥脱综合征(exfoliation syndrome, XFS)患者血浆Jagged1与Jagged2中的表达及其临床意义。方法新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔族XFS患者18例为观察组,同期维吾尔族体检健康者18例为对照组,采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测2组血浆Jagged1 mRNA、Jagged2 mRNA相对表达量,并进行比较。结果观察组Jagged1 mRNA、Jagged2 mRNA相对表达量[19 940×10^(-7)(6 730×10^(-7), 53 870×10^(-7))、0.74×10^(-7)(0.05×10^(-7), 5.91×10^(-7))]均低于对照组[983 000×10^(-7)(533 290×10^(-7),3 007 950×10^(-7))、2 448 550×10^(-7)(121 009×10^(-7),5 100 100×10^(-7))](P<0.05)。结论新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔族XFS患者血浆Jagged1、Jagged2表达降低,可能参与XFS发病机制的调节。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of plasma Jagged1and Jagged2in Uygur patients with exfoliation syndrome(XFS).Methods Eighteen Uygur patients with XFS (observation group)and 18 healthy volunteers(control group)in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were detected the relative expressions of Jagged1and Jagged2mRNA by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results The relative expressions of Jagged1 mRNA and Jagged2mRNA were significantly lower in observation group(19 940×10^-7(6 730×10^-7,53 870×10^-7), 0.74×10^-7(0.05×10^-7,5.91×10^-7))than those in control group(983 000×10^-7(533 290×10^-7,3007 950×10^-7), 2 448 550×10^-7(121 009×10^-7,5 100 100×10^-7))(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of Jagged1and Jagged2 decrease in Uygur patients with XFS in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,which might be involved in the regulation of XFS pathogenesis.
