摘　　要：雪胆甲素主要存在于葫芦科雪胆属植物雪胆中,药理作用广泛,现已用于临床。现对其化学结构、含量测定、药理作用、药效学作用及结构修饰作一综述,以冀为雪胆甲素的深入研究提供参考。CucurbitacinⅡa(CuⅡa)is the main active component of Hemsleya amabilis Diels of Cueurbitaceae.It has a wide range of pharmacological effects and is now used in clinical practice.This paper summarizes the progress on chemical structure,methods for determination,pharmacological action,pharmacodynamic role of CuⅡa,which offers valuable materials for the later study of CuⅡa.
