摘　　要：本文结合TQM理论在南京工业大学浦江学院日常教学质量管理工作中的实践,立足学校实际,探索和构建独立学院全员参与、全程监控、质量改善的学校内部教学质量监控与保障体系,并在实践过程中不断加以完善,在教学质量持续、稳步提高的基础上,确保人才培养质量这条生命线能够不断地向前继续延伸。Based on the practice of TQM theory in the daily teaching quality management of Pujiang College of Nanjing University of Technology,this paper explores and constructs the internal teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system of the independent college with the participation of the whole staff,the whole process monitoring and the quality improvement,and constantly improves it in the process of practice and teaching.On the basis of continuous and steady improvement of quality,the lifeline of ensuring the quality of personnel training can be continuously extended.
