摘　　要：本文对高等中医药院校附属临床医学院在制订并实施青年教师导师制培养方案时,所设定的目标与要求应符合临床医学院的医教协同特点进行了详细探究,并已取得了阶段性的成效。This paper makes a detailed inquiry into the training plan of the Affiliated Clinical Medical College of Higher Medical Colleges and Universities in the development and implementation of the tutor system for young teachers.The objectives and requirements should be in accordance with the characteristics of the clinical medical college.
