摘　　要：对于电子类专业缺乏专门的本科创新人才培养体系的现状,本文研究以实验班模式为主导,应用"互联网+"思维开发基础设施,跨学科建设电子技术创新实验班,进行电子技术创新人才多层次培养模式探索与构建的思路与举措,同时加强科创活动和科技竞赛的组织工作,以实际成果检验所培养学生的实践能力、创新能力、创新意识和创造潜力。For the lack of specialized innovative talent training system for electronic majors,this paper takes the experimental class as the leading way,applies the"Internet+"infrastructure,and builds an interdisciplinary experimental course on electronic technology innovation.This paper introduces the multi-level training mode of electronic technology innovation talents,with strengthening the organization of science and technology activities and competitions.The students'practical ability,innovation ability,innovation consciousness and creative potential are shown with actual results in this paper.
