摘　　要：医学是与人类生命和健康息息相关的科学,是一门实践性极强的学科,临床实习作为医学人才培养过程中的重要组成部分,是评价医学教育质量的重要指标之一。虽然我国医学教育模式在不断进行探索和改革,但由于目前医疗体制和高等医学教育的现状,许多医学院校临床实习质量受到了各种因素的影响。本文从学校、医院、教师、实习生四个层面出发,找出临床实习教学运行各环节存在的问题及影响临床实习质量的主要因素,并提出了合理化建议,以期对提高临床实习质量有所帮助。Medicine is a science closely related to human life and health,is a highly practical discipline,clinical practice as an important part of the medical personnel training process,is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of medical education.Although the mode of medical education in our country is constantly being explored and reformed,the quality of clinical practice in many medical colleges and universities is influenced by various factors because of the current medical system and the current situation of higher medical education.Based on the four aspects of school,hospital,teacher and intern,this paper finds out the problems existing in each link of clinical practice teaching and the main factors influencing the quality of clinical practice.Physical and chemical suggestions,with a view to improving the quality of clinical practice.
