复方甘露醇与糖皮质激素类药物对重度面神经炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究复方甘露醇与糖皮质激素类药物对重度面神经炎的临床疗效。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年1月～2018年1月在我院进行治疗的重度面神经炎患者,将108例患者根据治疗方法的差异分为两组,54例/组。将实施糖皮质激素类药物等综合治疗的患者纳入对照组,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方甘露醇治疗。将两组重度面神经炎患者的临床效果、肌电图改变情况、面神经功能情况进行比对。结果观察组重度面神经炎患者的临床总有效率(100.00%)、治疗后的Fisch评分(80.25±5.49)分均高于对照组(P <0.05),治疗后的CAMP波幅(3.20±0.48)mv、R1潜伏期(10.42±1.51)ms均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组重度面神经炎患者治疗后的面神经功能Ⅰ级比例高于对照组,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ～Ⅵ级的比例低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论复方甘露醇联合糖皮质激素类药物应用在重度面神经炎患者的治疗中疗效显著,可有效改善面神经功能,适合推广应用在临床中。Objective To study clinical curative effects of compound mannitol and glucocorticoid drugs in treatment of severe facial neuritis.Methods One hundred and eight patients with severe facial neuritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.According to treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid drugs while patients in the observation group were treated with compound mannitol on basis of the control group.Clinical curative effects,electromyography changes and facial nerve function of patients with severe facial neuritis in two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate(100%)and Fisch score after treatment of patients with severe facial neuritis in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CAMP amplitude(3.20±0.48)mv and R1 latency(10.42±1.51)ms in the observation group were lower than those in the control data(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with severe facial paralysis ofⅠfacial nerve function in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,proportions ofⅢfacial nerve function andⅣ-Ⅵfacial nerve function in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compound mannitol and glucocorticoid drugs in treatment of patients with severe facial neuritis have significant curative effects.It can effectively improve facial nerve function,which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
