新时代武警院校贯彻科技兴军战略问题探要

摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,树立科技是核心战斗力思想。为部队履行职能使命提供有力的人才和智力支持,是新时代武警院校的奋斗目标和使命任务。新时代武警院校贯彻科技兴军战略,应从加强人才队伍的科技素养、发挥科研学术的创新功能和加强软硬条件的配套建设三个方面,全面推进武警院校创新发展,为建设现代化武警和遂行多样化任务提供有力支撑。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress points out that the idea that science and technology are the core combat effectiveness should be established.It is the goal and mission of the PAP academies in the new era to provide competent personnel and intellectiial support to carry out their functions and missions.In order to implement the strategy of revitalizing the armed forces through science and technology in the new era,we should promote the innovation and development of the military academies in an all-round way from three aspects:strengthening the scientific and technological literacy of the qualified personnel,giving full play to the creative kinetic energy of the scientific research and academia and improving software and hardware facilities,so as to provide strong support for building a modern PAP and carrying out diversified tasks.
