摘  要:静风荷载作用下大跨桥梁结构的横向位移响应大小直接关系到桥梁结构在运营期间的安全性能。基于安装在苏通大桥斜拉桥上的结构健康监测系统,对钢箱梁跨中部位的三维风场和GPS位移进行长期监测,通过分析监测结果得到横桥向静风速值和横向静位移值的时变规律,在此基础上利用本文提出的小波包互相关系数分析法,对横桥向静风速值和横向静位移值进行同尺度小波包分解、小波包系数互相关判定和剩余小波包系数重构从而确定其主相关成分,进一步对主相关成分进行二阶傅立叶级数拟合并利用其拟合参数值的时变特征评价苏通大桥斜拉桥的静力抗风性能。研究结果表明,采用给出的小波包互相关系数法可以较好地提取出主相关成分,其拟合参数值的时变特征表明苏通斜拉桥的结构静力抗风性能处于良好状态。The transversal displacement response for long span bridge structures under static wind loads relates directly to the safety during operation.Based on the structure health monitoring system installed on the Sutong Bridge with cable-stayed structure,three-dimensional wind field and GPS displacement are real-time monitored in the mid-span of steel box girder,then the transverse static wind velocity data and the lateral static displacement data are obtained after analysis of monitored data.On the basis of wavelet packet’s cross correlation coefficient method mentioned in this paper,wavelet packet decomposition with same scales,cross correlation judgment of wavelet packet coefficients and reconstruction of residual wavelet packet coefficients are carried out for the transverse static wind velocity data and the lateral static wind data,and their main correlative components are ascertained and further fitted utilizing second-order Fourier Series.Based on the time-varying characteristics of fitting parameter values,the lateral resistance performance of integral structure for Sutong Bridge is finally evaluated.The results reveal that the main correlative components can be better extracted by means of the wavelet packet’s cross correlation coefficient method mentioned by this paper,and the time-varying characteristics of fitting parameter values show that the static wind-resistance performance of integral structure for Sutong Bridge are in good conditions.
