摘　　要：目的:分析成都市某医院糖尿病肾病血液透析患者社会回归及生活质量状况,为临床提高医疗服务质量提供参考。方法:对成都市某院血液透析中心行维持性血液透析治疗超过3个月的糖尿病肾病患者进行问卷调查,比较不同社会回归程度患者的生活质量水平。结果:不同社会回归分级患者在生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、精神健康各维度的得分、karnofsky活动指数存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。而社会回归2级、3级和4级患者的karnofsky活动指数均明显高于1级患者(P<0.05),躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感角色限制维度的生活质量水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:提升糖尿病肾病患者的社会回归,可提高患者的生活质量水平,应鼓励患者参与社会活动,增强活动能力,帮助患者回归社会,提高生活质量。Objective: To investigate the social rehabilitation and life quality in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy in a hospital in Chengdu City. Methods: The clinical data of patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in the hospital for hemodialysis for more than 3 months were retrospectively analyzed. The life quality of patients with different levels of social rehabilitation were compared. Results: The difference of the physiological function, physiological role, general health, vigor, and mental health scores among patients with different social rehabilitation was significant ( P <0.05), while no difference was found in the bodily pain, social function, and role limitations due to emotional problems ( P >0.05). The Karnofsky activity index of patients with different levels of social rehabilitation had significant difference ( P <0.05). The percentage of patients in the 2 nd , 3 rd and 4 th degree of social rehabilitation was higher than that of patients in the 1st degree ( P <0.05). Conclusion: With the increase of the social rehabilitation level of diabetic nephropathy patients, their quality of life will also increase obviously, so the key to improve life quality is to encourage patients to participate in social activities.
