摘 要:目的:了解东北三省长学制低年级医学生职业规划现状,为开展职业规划教育提供参考。方法:分层整群抽取黑龙江中医药大学、哈尔滨医科大学以及吉林大学临床医学院550名长学制低年级医学生进行职业规划问卷调查,用SPSS 22.00软件进行统计分析。结果:班级干部、家庭经济状况良好以及来自经济发达地区学生自我认知程度较高;长学制低年级医学生自我认知与职业规划行为有一定的相关性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:东北三省长学制低年级医学生自我认知和职业认知度不高、职业规划行为不积极,学校职业规划氛围不浓。建议医学院校加强对长学制低年级医学生的自我认知和职业认知教育,培养职业规划自主意识,丰富学校职业规划氛围。Objective: To investigate current career planning education of long-term junior medical students and provide reference for career planning education of medical schools. Methods: With a stratified cluster sampling method, 550 long-term junior medical students from 3 Universities were surveyed by using career planning questionnaire. All data were processed by SPSS22.00. Results: The results showed that student cadre(R=-0.169)and the students of the better family economic condition( R =-0.152) and the more developed the local economy( R =0.176) had higher self-cognition degree. There was correlation between self-cognition dimension and career planning behavior of long-term junior medical students, which has a statistical significance( P <0.05). Conclusion: Long-term junior medical students of Heijiliao has a lower degree of self-cognition and occupational cognition and an inactive career planning behavior, and career planning atmosphere in medical colleges is low. This paper advises medical school to strengthen the long-term junior medical students’ self-perception and career cognitive, train their career planning of autonomous consciousness, and rich the atmosphere of career planning education.
