摘　　要：利用传输矩阵法理论,通过计算机模拟仿真,研究多元对称结构光子晶体(HCF)7D(FCH)7的光学滤波特性。仿真发现该光子晶体各层介质的折射率可灵敏的调制短波方向和长波方向的光学滤波通道的特性。对处于短波方向的光学滤波通道,随着D、F介质层折射率增大滤波品质因子快速提升,而随着H、C介质层折射率增大滤波品质因子则快速下降。对处于长波方向的光学滤波通道,滤波品质因子随D、或C、或H介质层折射率的增大而下降,但随着F介质层折射率增大则迅速上升。结果表明,不同介质层的折射率对不同滤波通道的调制机制和灵敏度不同,而且对同一滤波通道的调制机制也不一样。研究成果为高品质、高性能的光学信息传输器件的设计提供指导。This thesis used transfer matrix method and performed computer simulation to study the filtering properties of polybasic symmetrical structure photonic crystal( HCF)^7 D( FCH)^7.The results reflect the dual channel filtering properties quick response to the refractive index of medium layers. For filtering channel of shortwave,the filter quality factor increases rapidly with the refractive index of medium layers D and F increasing. But,when the refractive index of medium layers H and C increasing it will fall quickly. For filtering channel of long wave,when the refractive index of medium layers D,C and H increasing the filter quality factor will come down. But,it will fast-growing with the refractive index of medium layers F increasing. According to these research,in the difference filtering channels,the modulation scheme and sensitivity of refractive index are difference between each layers,and the modulation scheme still different in the same filtering channel. These results can be referential to the study and design a new high-quality optical filtering component.
