冰及地榆汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(左半结肠)临床研究

摘　　要：目的:检测临床应用冰及地榆汤灌肠治疗诊断为溃疡性结肠炎(左半结肠)的具体临床疗效及使用的安全性。方法:将60例诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的病人,随机分为2个组别,治疗组予冰及地榆汤灌肠且口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,对照组仅用美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服,1个疗程1个月,观察3个疗程。观察指标为治疗前后病人的排便次数、便血情况、便常规+潜血、结肠镜及病理的改变。结果:总有效率为治疗组90%、对照组56.67%,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究证明治疗组在减轻或祛除临床症状、改善肠镜及病理等方面明显优于对照组。未发生与临床使用药物相关的严重不良反应。结论:冰及地榆汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(左半结肠)疗效显著,未监测到不良反应。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Bingji Diyu Decoction for enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(left half colon). Methods:Selected 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group used Bingji Diyu Decoction for enema and taked mesalazine enter-coated tablets,the control group taked mesalazine enter-coated tablets for 1 month and observed 3 courses. Observed the number of defecation before and after treatment,hematopoietic condition,stool routine and latent blood changes in colonoscopy and pathology. Results:The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 90% and 56.67%,and the difference between the two groups was significant,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating or removing symptoms,improving colonoscopy and pathology. There was no serious adverse reaction associated with the study of drugs. Conclusion:The treatment of ulcerative colitis(left half colon)with Bingji Diyu Decoction for enema is very effective and safe.
