摘　　要：综述粪便钙卫蛋白在中西医治疗溃疡性结肠炎中的研究进展,包括其在溃疡性结肠炎中医方面的初步研究以及西医上的疾病诊断与鉴别诊断、活动性评估、治疗效果以及预后评价等方面的进展,并且对粪便钙卫蛋白在中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎的发展前景进行了展望。Elaborate on the research progress of fecal calprotectin in treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,including its preliminary investigation on ulcerative colitis in traditional Chinese medicine,and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis of disease,evaluation of disease activity,treatment effect and evaluation of healing of fecal calprotectin,in Western medicine. And the development prospect of fecal calprotectin in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in traditional Chinese medicine.
