摘 要:全球化是一种发展趋势,各种资源和生产要素在全球范围内的流动与配置,推动了人类活动在世界范围内的协调与互动。经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多元化、社交频繁化是其发展深化的展现形式。全球化给高校德育工作带来机遇的同时,也带来了巨大的挑战,德育环境、内容、对象及其价值选择都因之发生巨大变化,迫切需要建设一支优秀的德育队伍予以应对。高校应顺势而为,从优化队伍层类结构、提升队伍专业能力、提高队伍综合素质、拓展队伍全球视野等路径推进德育队伍建设。In the trend of globalization,various resources and factors of production are flowing and are allocated all over the world,promoting the global coordination and interaction of human activities. It develops in the forms of economic globalization,political multi-polarization,cultural diversity and the ever-increasing rate of social intercourse. While globalization has brought opportunities to moral education in universities,some tremendous challenges also arise as the environment,content,object and value choice of moral education are all changing greatly. The new situation calls for an excellent moral education team. Universities should follow the trend to promote the construction of moral education teams by optimizing the hierarchical structure of their teams,enhancing their professional competency,improving the overall quality and expanding their global vision.
