摘 要:法学教学的重点在于培养专业基础扎实、社会意识强、实践能力好的复合型应用人才,但传统的教学模式仍然以讲授理论知识为主,不能很好地培养学生的实践能力与创新能力。基于国家教育改革的需要以及目前教学模式的缺陷,以劳动与社会保障法学的教学为例,构建了多元差异化教学模式。该模式教学目标、教学理念以及教学方案以"学生为本",注重提高学生的实践能力与创新能力,致力于突破传统教学模式的困境。The focus of law teaching is to cultivate a composite application talent with solid professional foundation,strong social consciousness and strong practical ability.However,the traditional teaching mode still focuses on teaching knowledge theory,ignoring the cultivation of students’ practical ability and innovative ability.Based on the needs of national education reform and the shortcomings of current teaching models,the teaching of labor and social security law is taken as an example to construct a multi-differentiated teaching model.Under this model,teaching objectives,teaching concepts and teaching programs are based on “student-oriented”,cultivating students’ practical and innovative abilities,and improving the deficiencies of traditional teaching models.
