摘　　要：资源开发建设是高职院校产教深度融合实训平台建设的中心环节,关系到平台的持续、稳定、健康发展,以"植物种苗工厂化繁育实训平台"资源开发建设为例,从硬件条件建设、实训资源开发、软环境建设三个方面进行分析,归纳出资源开发建设的有效路径与方法。Resource development and construction is the key link of the deep integration of production and education in the construction of practical training platform in higher vocational colleges, which is related to the sustained, stable and healthy development of the platform. Taking the resource development and construction of the practical training platform of "Plant Seedling Industrial Breeding" as an example, the paper analyzes and concludes the effective paths and methods of resource development and construction from three aspects: hardware condition construction, training resources development and software environment construction.
