摘　　要：收集2017年8月南京医科大学第二附属医院普外科收治的1例乙状结肠癌伴肝转移患者的临床病例资料。对于不可切除的结肠癌肝转移患者,经转化治疗后行一期全腹腔镜切除原发灶及肝转移灶是安全的,近期疗效较好。The clinical data of one patient with sigmoid colon cancer and synchronous multiple liver metastases who was admitted to the Department of General Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in August 2017 were collected. For the patient with unresectable liver metastasis of colonic neoplasms, I-stage laparoscopic resection of colonic neoplasms and synchronous liver metastasis after conversion therapy is safe. The short-term therapeutic effect is better.
