首发精神分裂症青春型和偏执型患者甲状腺功能差异的相关分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨首发精神分裂症青春型和偏执型患者在甲状腺功能上(相关激素FT_3、FT_4、TSH及双侧甲状腺上动脉血流速峰值平均值PSV)的差异。方法:将首发精神分裂症青春型和偏执型患者分为研究组和对照组。分析比较两组患者甲状腺功能差异。结果:首发精神分裂症青春型患者血清FT_3、FT_4水平明显高于偏执型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:首发精神分裂症青春型患者甲状腺激素FT_3、FT_4水平高于偏执型;甲状腺功能测定时,血清甲状腺激素测定优于甲状腺超声检查。Objective:To explore the difference of thyroid function(mean values of FT3,FT4,TSH and peak blood flow velocity of bilateral superior thyroid artery PSV)between adolescent and paranoid patients with first episode schizophrenia.Methods:Patients with first episode schizophrenic youth type and paranoid type were divided into the research and the control group,we analyzed and compared the differences in thyroid function between the two groups.Results:The levels of FT3 and FT4 in the youthful group were significantly higher than the paranoid group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of thyroid hormones FT3 and FT4 in adolescent patients with first-episode schizophrenia were higher than those in paranoid patients.In the determination of thyroid function,the determination of serum thyroid hormone is better than that of thyroid ultrasound.
