摘　　要：目的研究Wnt2、Dv-1mRNA及蛋白表达情况与食管癌细胞浸润转移的相关性及其在临床上应用的意义。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月我院确诊的食管癌患者手术切除标本100例(病灶组),癌旁组织标本50例(癌旁组),采用免疫组化法检测组织中Wnt2、Dv-l蛋白的表达,采用RT-PCR法检测组织中Wnt2、Dv-l mRNA水平;采用蛋白质印迹法检测Wnt2、Dv-l蛋白表达水平,分析其与患者临床病理参数的关系。结果 Wnt2、Dv-l mRNA及蛋白在病灶组中表达水平明显高于癌旁组(P<0.05);Wnt2、Dv-l蛋白的表达与患者肿瘤的组织学分化程度、临床病理学分期和淋巴结转移情况有密切的联系(P<0.05)。结论 Wnt2、Dv-l mRNA及蛋白表达与食管癌细胞浸润转移具有密切的关联。Objective To study the correlation between the expression of Wnt2,scattered protein(Dv-1)mRNA and protein and the invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer cells,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods100 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients(lesion group)and 50 cases of para cancerous tissues(para carcinoma group)were selected from our hospital.The collection time was from February 2015 to February 2016,Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Wnt2 and Dv-l protein in tissues,The levels of Wnt2,Dv-l and mRNA in tissues were detected by RT-PCRThe expression levels of Wnt2 and Dv-l protein were detected by Western blot,and the relationship between the expression level and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results The expression levels of Wnt2,Dv-l,mRNA and protein in the lesion group were significantly higher than those in the adjacent group(P<0.05);The expression of Wnt2 and Dv-l protein was closely related to the histological differentiation degree,clinical pathological stage and lymph node metastasis of patients with tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Wnt2,Dv-l mRNA and protein is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer cells.
