高职院校武术教学探析

摘　　要：为了培养学生对武术的兴趣,掌握基本技巧,分析高职院校武术教学现状,针对武术本质逐渐缺失、武术内涵教育缺失现象比较突出和过于注重武术观赏性等问题,提出完善武术教学内容的具体措施,强化武术实用性,以期弘扬中华传统文化,达到强身健体的功效.In order to cultivate students′interest in Wushu and enable them to master basic skills,the author analyzes the present situation of Wushu teaching in higher vocational colleges.Aiming at the problems of the gradual absence of Wushu essence,the absence of Wushu connotation education and the over-emphasis on Wushu appreciation,the author proposes specific measures to make the content of Wushu teaching better and strengthen the practicability of Wushu,which can promote traditional Chinese culture and improve sdutents′health.
