摘　　要：科技论文存在的摘要和关键词中英文不一致现象,直接影响科技信息传播和国际交流,该现象的产生既有客观原因,也有主观原因.对此从出版实践出发,提出完善监管和激励制度、建立编辑和作者培训制度、强化责任编辑整体调控作用、编辑部创造条件提高编辑英语水平等具体的解决措施,以有效解决科技期刊摘要和关键词中英文不一致问题.The inconsistency between Chinese and English in abstracts and keywords of scientific papers directly affects the spreading of scientific and technological information and international communication.There are objective and subjective reasons for this phenomenon.Based on the practice of publishing,this paper proposes some specific measures,such as perfecting the supervision and incentive system,establishing the training system for editors and authors,strengthening the overall control of responsible editors,and creating the conditions for the editorial department to improve the English level of editors,so as to effectively solve the inconsistency.
