摘　　要：成功的创业是促进国家社会经济发展的重要因素,创业者想要取得创业成功,需要对机会保持高度的警觉性以准确地识别和恰当地利用商业机会。因此,探讨创业警觉性、创业机会识别与创业成功对丰富创业理论和促进创业成功具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。在回顾创业警觉性、创业机会识别和创业成功研究的基础上,构建了三者之间关系的整合框架,提出创业机会识别是创业警觉性与创业成功关系间的中介变量,社会和商业网络调节了三者之间的关系。最后针对现有研究的不足对未来研究进行展望。Successful entrepreneurship is an important factor in driving social and economic development for a country. To succeed in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs need to be highly alert to opportunities to accurately identify and exploit business opportunities. Therefore, exploring the relationship among entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial success bears critical theoretical and practical significance for enriching entrepreneurial theories and contributing to entrepreneurial successes. By combing relevant literature, a representative research model framework has been selected for detailed analysis. This paper has reviewed the successful researches on entrepreneurial alertness, opportunity identification and entrepreneurial success, based on which an integrated framework of the relationship among the three is constructed. On top of the framework, this paper puts forward that entrepreneurial opportunity identification is the mediator between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial success. Social and business networks are the moderator among entrepreneurial alertness, opportunity identification and entrepreneurial success. Finally, the shortcomings of existing researches are pointed out and and the prospects for future researches are presented.
