摘 要:岗位胜任力要求下,以高校可持续发展为基础目标,高校教师人力资源管理改革如火如荼进行。然与高校管理体制改革成效和要求相比,现有的高校教师人力资源管理效率并不高,且改革路径与质量不足以助推高校管理体制改革的有序发展。基于此,文章以高校管理体制改革要求下教师人力资源管理效率提升的方式与必要性为分析对象,力求通过分析和阐述,得到可最大化发挥高校教师人力资源管理优势的路径。Under the requirements of post competency, the reform of human resource management of teachers in colleges and universities has been carried out in full swing with the sustainable development of colleges and universities as the basic goal. However, compared with the effectiveness and requirements of university management system reform, the existing human resource management efficiency of university teachers is not high, and the reform path and quality are not enough to promote the orderly development of university management system reform. Based on this, this paper analyzes the ways and necessity of improving the efficiency of human resource management of teachers under the requirements of the reform of university management system, and strives to obtain the path to maximize the advantages of human resources management of college teachers through analysis and elaboration.
