摘　　要：现代众多医家提倡"针药结合,内外同治",其理念滥觞于《黄帝内经》,成熟于《伤寒论》。文章从针、灸、药的起源,治疗的病位及配合运用等三方面展开阐述,发现针、灸、药所针对的疾病病位有浅深之别,临床有单用与合用之妙,其总体原则在于视病位浅深、病情单纯复杂、邪正虚实而定。仲景匠心独具,灵活化裁,随病证而设,务使针、灸、药三法的施治,精准恰当,吻合病机,以收临床最佳疗效。Many doctors promote the acupuncture-medicine therapy and treatment together with internal and external at present,which has been proposed by Huang Di Nei Jing and matured in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.The article discusses the acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicine from three aspects,such as:origin,pathological position and cooperative management.We discover that the pathological positions are different depth which fitted the treatment of acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicine.Using alone or cooperative is based on the specific conditions.The general principle depends on the pathological depth,or the complexity of diseases,or healthy energy-evil struggle.Zhongjing is a skillful doctor,using the acupuncture,moxibustion or Chinese medicine flexibly in order to match the pathogenesis and receive the satisfactory clinical effect.
