摘　　要：技术应用型人才是提升综合国力,化解新时代矛盾的着力点,需具备复合多元的知识储备、综合精专的能力素养和自由善性的道德情感。工作坊人才培养模式注重以实践项目为主题单元的跨学科学习和训练,强调以问题解决方法和思维为目标的团队合作与创新,弘扬以德性智慧与共情能力为纽带的互相理解和尊重,能够完美契合技术应用型人才的素质结构,具有独特性和优越性。工作坊人才培养模式主要采用非评价式评论的人才评价方式,突出引导鼓励性评价,注重情境性评价,关注档案袋评价,以包容性、非功利性和鼓励性的方式引导学习者进行更多创新性尝试,提升技术应用型人才的创新意识和创新能力。The technology applied talents are the keypoints of promoting comprehensive national strength,dissolving the conflict in the new era, who should beequipped with complex multiple knowledge reserves,comprehensive focused ability and accomplishment, freeand kind moral feelings. The training model of workshoppay attention to the subject of practice project unitof interdisciplinary study and training, lay emphasison team cooperation and innovation aiming at problemsolving method and thinking, carries forward to mutualunderstanding and respect with the link of virtue ofwisdom and empathy ability, which can perfectcorrespondence the quality structure of technologyapplied talents, is unique and superior. The trainingmodel of workshop mainly adopts non-evaluativecomments, highlights encouraging evaluation, payattention to situational evaluation and portfolioassessment, guides the learners to try more innovativethings in the form of inclusiveness, utilitarianism andencouraging to promote the innovative consciousness andinnovative ability of technology applied talents, servetalents growth and the national strategic demand.
